All of our products are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item arrives with a defect or error caused by us.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected at checkout
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations due to handmade or made-to-order production

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
